Hey everybody, Ryan here at Etrailer, today on our 2023 Chevy Trailblazer we're gonna be showing you how to install the Tekonsha custom-fit vehicle wiring harness. Before we get into that, though, let's take a minute, check it out, and make sure it's going to work for ya. So when it comes to trailer wiring, what it's gonna do is power up the lights on your trailer, you know, send all those basic signals back, and that's something you definitely wanna have taken care of when you're pulling a trailer around, that way you're not only safe, but you're legal as well. And that's exactly what a kit like this is going to accomplish. Having the four-way flat style connector there, which will be real common for the types of trailers that the Trailblazer will be likely to be pulling. This will give us our turn signals, our taillights, and our brake lights. more

If you're looking for a safe, reliable and fairly easy way to add 4-pole trailer wiring to your Trailblazer, and check out the Tekonsha T-One 4-pole trailer wiring system that we installed in our 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer. So with this kit you're gonna get the 4-pole flat wiring. This is one of the most common trailer wiring harnesses out there, especially if you don't have trailer brakes or 12 volt auxiliary circuits. You're gonna get your basic lighting functions, your left and right turn signals, your stop lights and your trailer marker lights. So this is a great kit for anybody that doesn't do a lot of towing or if you have accessories that you don't use a whole lot that need basic lighting functions like this. more

Hello, neighbors. It's Brad here at etrailer. And today, we're taking a look and installing the Tekonsha T-One trailer wiring harness on a 2022 Chevy Trailblazer. Now, when you run your trailer wiring, you're gonna wanna have that accessible to a trailer. So many times, people run those down to the area of the hitch and put 'em on a bracket or just hook it on with that dust cover boot, and that's totally fine. But for people that only occasionally tow and only need that harness every once and again, it makes it a little bit more sense at times to store it in the vehicle. more

So whenever you go to pull the trailer or maybe even use a light up accessory, like a cargo carrier, for example, you're going to want to make sure that everything is working, that way, not only will you feel safe, but you'll be legal as well. So what the wiring is going to do is transfer the lighting signals from the back of your Chevy to the back of your trailer. more
